Who we are
ScopeTools provides web-based tools (including the LP Tracker) at https://scopetools.pro.

What data we process

• Website & app: The LP Tracker runs client-side. By default, we do not collect analytics or create visitor profiles.
• Memory Log: Your entries are stored locally in your browser (localStorage). We have no access to this data.
• Contact form: Name, email, message, used only to reply.
• Purchases: Payments, invoices and VAT are handled by Gumroad (merchant of records), who process details such as name, email and payment info.
  

Purposes & legal bases (GDPR)

• Delivering digital products, license fulfillment and support (performance of a contract).
• Security and site operation (legitimate interests).
• Marketing only with prior consent (not used at this time).
  

Sharing your data

• Gumroad payment processing, invoicing and VAT compliance. See their privacy policy for details and international transfers.
• Email service (support only): to receive and respond to your message.
  We do not sell personal data.
  

Retention

• Support emails: up to 24 months.
• Order/invoice data: kept as required by tax laws.
• Memory Log: remains in your browser; you control and delete it locally.

Our payment provider may process data outside the EU with appropriate safeguards as described in their policy.
