1. Product & License
You are purchasing digital products. One license per purchaser. Redistribution, reselling, or public sharing of the files is prohibited.
2. Delivery
After successful payment via Gumroad, you will receive a download link and an invoice/receipt by email.
3. Refunds
If something does not work as advertised, contact us within 14 days at support@scopetools.pro with details/screenshots. Refunds are discretionary and not offered for change-of-mind.
4. Use & Limitations
The app runs client-side in your browser. No user accounts are required. You are responsible for your own use, backups and compliance with local laws.
5. Intellectual Property
All code, content and documentation remain the intellectual property of ScopeTools. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product.
6. Warranty & Liability
Provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. ScopeTools is not liable for any losses or damages arising from use of the tools. These tools are for information and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.
7. Support & Updates
Support via email at support@scopetools.pro. Updates may be delivered through your Gumroad download link.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Hasselt-Belgium.
